What we do
When you call (855) 575-2890, a dispatcher answers, asks where you are and what is happening, and schedules a plumber. The work is done by a licensed plumber, and you hear a clear price before work starts. We handle drains, sewer lines, water heaters, leaks, fixtures, repiping and business plumbing, as the services page shows.
We list no names, license numbers or star ratings on this site because we do not have verified ones to show. We would rather leave a space blank than fill it with something we cannot prove.
How we work
You call
There are no forms or chat bots. A person answers the 24/7 line.
We dispatch
A licensed plumber is scheduled for the same day when available.
You decide
The plumber explains the problem and the price before starting.
What we do not do
We do not respond to gas leaks. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911. We do not guarantee an arrival time, and we do not quote prices on the website because a plumbing price depends on what is wrong. We also do not do electrical or roofing work.
Check any plumber's license
In California, plumbing work is done under a C-36 contractor license. You can look up any contractor, including ours, on the California Contractors State License Board website at cslb.ca.gov. The record shows the license status and any complaint disclosures. Doing that before you hire anyone is good practice.
Work we send plumbers toWhat we handle
The most common calls are blocked drains and sewer backups, water heaters that fail or leak, hidden leaks that show up as a damp floor or a high bill, running toilets and dripping faucets, and garbage disposals that jam. We also dispatch plumbers for repiping, new fixture installation, water softeners and plumbing at small businesses. Each of those has its own page, starting at the services overview.
Emergency calls come first. A burst pipe, sewage in the house and a leaking water heater all go to the front of the line, and the dispatcher tells you what to do while you wait, such as closing the main valve or shutting off the heater.
How to reach usWhy a call and not a form
A plumbing problem is easier to describe out loud than in a form field. The dispatcher can ask what you see and hear, tell you where your shutoff valves usually are and decide how urgent the job is. That is why this site has no contact forms and no chat. Every button on it opens the phone.
Email is available at contact@expressplumbersanger.com for questions that are not urgent, such as asking whether we cover a street or what to have ready before a visit.
What you can expectOur standards
- A clear price before work starts.
- Same-day appointments when available.
- A licensed and insured plumber at the job.
- Plain explanations of the problem and the options.
- No pressure to buy parts or upgrades you do not need.
If something goes wrong, call the line and tell the dispatcher. We would rather fix a problem than argue about it.
No surprisesA note on pricing and honesty
Plumbing prices depend on the pipe, the access, the parts and the time the job takes, so we do not post a price list. What we do promise is that the plumber explains the problem and gives a clear price before starting. If the plumber finds something else, you hear about it and decide whether to add it.
We also say when a repair is not worth it. A twelve-year-old water heater with a rusted tank is a replacement, and a loose supply line is a quick fix. The goal is the cheaper and safer option that actually solves the problem.
Local housingWorking with older homes
According to the city's housing element, about 53 percent of Sanger homes are more than 30 years old and roughly 29 percent are more than 50. Older homes often have original shutoff valves, aging drain lines and water heaters that have been patched more than once. Our plumbers work in those homes every week and know what to look for.
Sanger's water is also on the hard side. The city's 2024 water quality report shows hardness averaging 145.5 ppm, which builds scale inside heaters and on fixtures over time.
LocalWhere we work
We are based in Sanger, and we cover Reedley, Selma, Fowler, Kingsburg and Parlier. The service area page has the ZIP codes. For help on any of them, call the 24/7 line.
