What we collect
When you call, we collect the phone number you call from, the address and details you give about the plumbing problem and the call itself. Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. This website has no forms, accounts or comment boxes, so it does not collect information you type.
Website data
Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep basic server logs such as IP addresses and browser types for security and performance. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google map, and those providers have their own privacy policies.
How we use information
We use call information to dispatch a plumber, to follow up on service and to improve how we answer calls. We share your name, address and problem with the plumber assigned to your job so that the work can be done.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you by emailing contact@expressplumbersanger.com. You can tell the dispatcher at the start of a call if you do not want to be recorded, and we will tell you if that limits what we can do.
